I'm starting organic lawn care service and I want to be able to tell my prospects at the time of the lawn evaluation whether or not they need pH Balancing treatment.

Are the inexpensive pH meters ($10) good enough to get a fairly accurate pH assessment? Or do I need to buy a more expensive meter (Kelway $48)

PS I will be taking a soil sample at 1st visit and sending it to soil testing lab.

the soil test will give you the ph. If you are gonna send off for a soil test i wouldn't buy a ph meter.
