Anyone hear use the quick 36 or 44 to pick up detatched lawn debris in the spring?

Does it work better with the gator blades with the catcher or with just the hi lift blades and the catcher?

Not planning on advertising for this service just wanted to be prepared if a customer asks me so I an bid accordingly.

Have you ever used the gators with the catcher for leaf cleanup? Does the same catcher work for the Q44?

I'm assuming you use the mulch plate for most of your mowings?

Tommy at BOP said that his experieince is that the Gators leave some stringers so he uses the mulch plate with the high lift blades. Not sure what type of grass is common SC.

Here we have Bluegrass Fescue mix in most places so it might be different.

Either way, Gators or Hi-Lift, I'll be very please if the Q36 mulches every bit as good as the new SR4 Toro super recycler 21" mowers only faster. :cool2:

Yes we only use gators andmulch probably 95% of the time....we do side discharge some and the rest is spring and fall clean ups where we do bag. Yes the same bagger works for both the 36 and 44.
