I have a like new 36 exmark hydro walk behind that hardly ever used, its real nice too, would hate to see it go to waste (replace it with wright stander). I need a sprayer, do you think I should convert it to one like this? Its $2,300 to add on the front sprayer part and bolt it to my mower. Here is its specs:

120" foldable boom with breakaway function, four low drift turbo floodjet tips, 3.6gpm Shruflo heavy duty pump, 25 gallon Raven poly tank, ZTR function with 360 degree front wheels, pressure regulator and gauge, knife valve on/off on console along with pump switch, mounts to most commercial walk power units, foam marker and digital speedometer available:confused:

    Here are some pics:

Not a bad idea but $2300. sounds over priced to me. You might want to price the parts mentioned and you'll find that it can be done for much less. (if you don't mind doing some of it yourself)

    Do you have links?

I'd want it to have a dry fert spreader as well.

Thats a lot of $$ for a sprayer! with the price of the mower you would have over 6k in it when your finished! sell the mower and buy a PG!

I can make that with $200 of steel, and buy a tank setup from NorthernTool

My setup is a lot cheaper than that. However there is no boom on it at this time.

With my setup I can remove the tank and go to mowing in short order.

Similar sprayer with 72" boom on small trailer is $319 at Home Depot.
