Heres a few pics of an account of mine. Its already getting dry here again this year.
wow, looks nice! but thats one BIG place! how many acres?
Hey nice job
Looks like your deck height is set at 3". You may want to raise it to 3.5 or 4" and the striping will come out better and the grass won't go dormant as fast.
Very nice job Mike, I especially like the 3rd pic.
Looks great next time cut on an angle to bring out the diamond stripes.
It is actually set at 3.5". This property is extremely rough. Some parts grow well. (owners fertilize) While others are rental units and the owners could give a rats ass about the yard. They used to mow about 50 feet out from the condos and bushogged the rest till about 3 years ago. I have been able to keep all the residents happy and have met a few while mowing. This is a great account for me they pretty much leave it up to me when to mow and maintain the property. The pics don't really do the stripes justice. The new 61'" Turf Tiger has helped with cutting down the time and has made the property look presentable. If I can remember this next week I will get some pics of my residential lawns that I have striped. They look alot better than these.
Nice job, I know what you mean about the dry, looks like drought of 2008 in underway, mowed a big church today and they dont fertilize or water either and it seemed like a dust bowl, 94 degrees here and no rain predicted for all next week.
