I am considering the idea of selling needles and was wondering if anyone has any experience doing this, contacts, # of bales on a semi trailer, average cost per bale and any other details. I am really only interested in larger size bales of the needles which are long and very red. None of the brown junk that looks a couple of years old. Can anyone suggest a good distributer in the east southeast area?

Most tractortrailers hold 800 bails but some people will bring it on those custome pinestraw trailers I think they hold 400-600. Try d&d pinestraw I beleive they are in Lyons GA. I was paying 2.00 per bail if I picked it up but havn't used straw for a year.
