    Just wondering what you are paying for nice clean pinestraw. The best price I can find on the clean(no sticks weeds or cones) is $4.25 a bale.
    Anyone in NC or SC doing any better on price for quality straw.

    Around $4 at the retail level most places here.

    you can get them here in mooresville for around $3.70.there nice clean bales and they will even deliver.(so they say)we usualy just pick them up.

    since the only stupid question is the one you don't ask, I'll ask this one. what is pinestraw. I don't think its available in this area but i have a customer who moved from I think she said Flordia that was asking about it. Is it bailed up pine needles if so customers around here pay us to rake it up and haul it off. maybe theres money to be made.
