    thanks for all your replies

start to wonder if im the one going crazy dealing with
    certain customers like this-
can you believe this guy rings my phone off the
hook regularly at 9, 10 , even 11 at night!
he is also a chronic bad/slow payer, 6-7 months sometimes
we will part ways this year

i need to adopt some of you guys policies and
cut out the 1 time apps and partial programs

btw, cant have him beaten down, the sad sap lost
one of his legs from knee down this past winter
( i think from a drug related occurance)
    it wouldnt be right

pretty simple. i'd speak to the customer first. and let them know whats going on. if you are almost positive he's pocketing for ghost apps tell the customer something like "i wish i were out here last year around this time, but i was told you didnt want a grub control..." if she says she got one, tell her its impossible, and you have records that show it. sell this guy completely under the bus. if he hasn't paid you yet so what, thats what small claims court is for.

try to instigate a fight with him in public, say nasty things in a rather hushed tone so bystanders will think you're havaing a civil conversation. hope he hits you. press charges and go after this current customer base while he's hold up with court proceedings and legal issues.

you need to crush this guy, or he'll continue to walk all over you.
