I have an issue with 3 out of 4 of my Ligustrums. Late last Fall one of them started turning brown as if I spilled Round-Up on it. Didn't pay any attention to it as i don't really like these plants. However, Ive noticed in the last few months it has completely killed the first and moved on to two adjoining shrubs, and is moving into my Loropetalums. No noticeable black spots, fungus or anything else. Does anyone have any ideas of a common application I could purchase at Lowes or Home Depot that would stop this unknown fungus, disease, pest, etc..?

The one thing I suggest is look at the soil. Is it too wet, too dry? Look at all angles. Check the root zone too.

I would check it out in the morning when dew is present thats when most, if their is any fungal signs are present. If their are no lesions or visual fungus, then I would go get a soil analysis, it could be a nutrient defficiency or if the ground is very wet a wet wilt.
