Do any of you build Playgrounds for your customers? I am talking about the wood playground set. I have been asked by several customers if I would do this. I checked with local and state gov't and found out that in the state of TN I do not need a contractors license if under 25,000. If you do what resources (building plans, kits etc) do you use. I know you can go to lowes or home depot and purchase the kit and lumber but I did not know if there were other resources you all might use.

Do you really want to be held liable if little suzy manages to break her neck on it?

Probably would never be the designer/builders fault, but if something happens, your sure to get sued anyways.
