Can you guys please convince me on why i should start offering a pressure washing service. What are the benefits of the business. What are the downfalls. and finally, how much do each of you make annually pressure washing. if you could answer these questions it would be greatly appreciated.
I want to start this service but i need some help on making my decision!

I think it is good money and I offer it to all my Lawn customers. I can usually do a house with very little materials, It's more of a time price

ok i am totally new to this... with customers is it a one time clean... or do they sign up to have their driveway, house, ect. cleaned more than once in a season? how does contracting work?

Also, what is the main source of income? Driveways, houses, commercial trucks, vehicles?

    thank you

Very fast. Think about all of the businesses that you do business with everyday. Gas Stations, restaurants, any place with a Drive Thru or a sidewalk. If they want to project a clean business image, then they will want to have these outside concrete surfaces cleaned, regularly. This is where the contracts come from with Power Washing. Also, heavy equipment, big trucks, fleet trucks, etc. This is huge and you can do some big $$ work. I am trying to tap in to this now and finish my unit up. I hope to be rolling to make Power Washing money by next week.

thats cool. do you have a business plan written up? also if you dont mind sharing, what are your projections for sales your first year? There is absolutely no competition around here and i am extremely interested.
I'm learning as much about the industry as i can.

I have one small pressure washing job as of now. I am marketing the service. I just completed my rig to the way I want everything to work last night. I possibly have an upcomming contract as subcontractor for a BIG pressure washing company in town. I pray that it comes through.

I do have a business plan, but it is outdated and does not include pressure washing. Once my taxes are completed this year, I need to update that plan, add in pressure washing and see where my projections will land. I am hoping to be out of my full time job in another month and be doing pressure washing and lawn care full time.
