One ofmy commercial accounts wants me to build a wall made from 6*6 treated timbers. Easy to do, but how much should I charge? I figured my cost (materials only) to be around $1,100.
I've done the searches and found prices around 25-35/square foot for stone, but what about wooden walls? Please help as I need to submit this estimate tomorrow morning!

you won't find much here about wood walls, because most of us try to direct our customers away from them, because the wood always rots out eventually. It ends up being more cost-effective in the long haul to put in retaining wall block.

But if that's what you have sold, your price should be in the same ballpark as something out of block. Good luck!
