I like everything about it except the font (looks like Arial Black to me). You may want to try using Century Gothic, Return To Earth, or Garamond. Experiment with layouts using BOLD, ITALICS, & UNDERLINE. The photographs are superbe for your ad. Looks sharp!

Same here, change the font. I would try to use a cleaner font and/or eliminate some of the wording to clean it up. You don't want someone to glance at it, not read it through and throw it away. You want to get your point across as quickly as possible.

Same here. A different Font would help. Also try a pale color background, Entirely too mich white in an ad for a business that deals with color.

    Do a spell check. "Maintenance"

It took me a little time to figure out what, 'yard mulch' was, and why $45, is a good price. No spaces surrounding the, " / " sign. :)

    I'd spell check it.

also that first line reads kinda of strange. which is it suppose to be:
"We are your neighbors. Lawn Care Specialists."
    or
"We are your neighbor's lawn care specialists" (implies a single neighbor's lawn service company)
    or
"We are your neighbors' lawn care specialists" (implies everyone's lawn service company)

The one thing I want to add is I don't like the "instant" estimates on fliers. You could take a quick look at a place and write down some numbers, but you might not see a few things, or an extra lot connected to a property, etc..

If you keep the estimating on your fliers, you need to put a disclaimer in there to make sure that isn't the price that someone is going to make you stick too.

What does your "Landscape" estimate include? Get rid of it. It is confusing. Also, are you giving away 3 basic fert apps? Because that is what it looks like.

I like it. Although the many post's make great points. Whatever your flier turns out to be, make sure to test the results. Each year I'm sure you will tweak the flier to continue to get the best results. Keep up the good work:waving:
