poa trivails seed found in a seed blend should be considered an act of terrorism

    most of the lawns i seeded last fall have a number of patches of poa trivials in them...
    i spoke to my consultant and he feels that since they are not alowed to burn the seed fields on the farm you will see alot of weed seed in the mixes or blends...what do you guys think about that ...it seems true..

    it stinks...and it shows now.i feel bad for
    the lawn client who paid big$ to have me
    seed there property.
    what do you do in a case like this?

    i hope seed companys are doing a better job this yr. on keeping the % of undesierable seed out of blends.

    What so bad about poa trivail?

    Good shade tolerant seed here in St lewy.

    lgf:same guy two different computers...

    patches of poa triv. in full sun lawns ...pain in the --- to get them out...
    shady lawn no problem...
