I was approached by a local association to maintain 3 ponds. They wanted bids for algea control, mosquito control and any reeds that grow maintained. Im not sure what to use for algea and mosquitos, any ideas? These ponds are pretty big, all 3 run about 40x25 +/- . Thanks all.

Do you realize you may need an Aquatic and Mosquito Control application certification, along with State permits?

What type of pond? 40x25 isn't that big for a natural pond. If it's lined, sell them some koi, plants, and a filter system or aerators.
