I have the same problem.. My neighbor slacks big time. WENT AS FAR AS TO MOW HIS FRONT LAWN one time while him and his wife were workin.. He was pretty embarrassed about it afterwards but started to slack again a month later...:dizzy:

My neighbor isn't slack, he just can't mow at 1/2" so it makes his lawn look like it needs to be cut!

Well my bermuda is the first in my neighborhood to start greening up. In about another 1-2 weeks it should be 50% green and ready for its first application of fertilizer. Lets hope the warmer weather holds out, along with a weekly rain shower throughout the summer.

I scalped mine today and it is coming out quick. Looks like it is going to be completely green. I push mowed it today with the mower set at its lowest setting. Can you say hard to push! Up and down my hill lol that has lumps in it that needs to be addressed! Anyways. I am headed to work and have been working on some other projects in the yard. So photo's will have to be put off til tomorrow or friday!

Rub it in Dave! I was rolling around in my bermuda today planting flowers... I had forgotten how harsh it felt over the summer. Sure wish mine was as nice and soft as your emerald. Hey i am going to snap some photo's of that bank right now on my way back to work. I will upload them tonight and email over to you to get your guidance on what to do. I know i need to kill some weeds, scalp, and topdress once it is growing rapidly.

I estimate about 68.5% green from what I saw.
