power rake

    I have a $100 min. for power rake and the average lot is $125($150 for corners and bigger lots) and so on. Too low? I have never done one that took more than an hour.

    what do you use for a power rake?
    got any pics??

    Thanks for the reply. I use a Husqy DT18 power rake ( I don't have a working camera). It's a good machine but the drive pulley gets very hot and can burn belts. The machine cost $750 a few years ago but it's a money maker when you get the hang of doing them. The only thing that sucks is that the grass has to be dry so you can't do them as early in the season as I'd like. They have plenty of pics on the web site, bluebird and Ryan also has them
