Does anyone own or have used one of those Dynadigger power shovels? They look like a jack hammer with a shovel on the bottom. Sounds like they might be good for removing shrubs.

Now that sounds neat. Do they have a website I could have a peek at?

I used the Dynadigger for a bamboo company that I worked for about 10 years ago. Their claim of digging up a shrub or root ball in minutes is true. These things work great jackhammering around the sides of their intended victim. It does sever the root system dramatically and must shock the hell out of the plant. The company used to go down south to Georgia and dig up hundreds of specialized bamboo plants in the hard clay they have down there with no problems. I only wished one of the local rental centers had one of these.
