I was thinking about starting power washing. Cleaning fences, decks, roofs etc.

Do many do this? Is there money in it?

Another question is the equipment. Do you just need a power washer or what? Is it necessary to have a water tank or anything or maybe a heating system for the water?

    Feedback needed! Thanx!

I've done a few houses who have requested it, but it was the sidewalks and patio (all cement) that they wanted. made a huge difference in looks, and was thinking of adding this as well. I would be hesitant only because of the liability to damage of house siding etc. and would check to make sure your insurance covers it.

sorry, not much advice on the other items, only that I simply rented one, hooked up the hose, and was on my way. good money to be made I imagine though.

Before I did the job, I had no clue, but wanted to shoot for $45. turns out I priced by the job and made out with closer to $50.
