We are putting a bid together for a combination soccer/softball complex and this is the first athletic field we have done.

What are the preferred heads for this application from all those that have done this type of install? We will be using city water on a 2" pipe which I am sure will be a PVC trenched install.
    65 psi.

Pros and cons of different heads is always appreciated.

Hunter is the big player in sports complexes, they have specs available for
    all types of fields.

Depending on the size of the field, and the available GPM, I-25's and I-40's make great heads.

Talk to your supplier, Hunter has sports fields all layed out in a book . Most suppliers have the book.

Will suggest the 6504. Sod cups are awesome, spec them with your bid.
