    in the past two years i have lost every lawn install i have queted. I got a call for one in a new high dollar development and really want to try to get it. It is the fourth house to be built of about 30-35. It is 14k all flat easy access. i have a price in mind just want to see what everyone else thinks. It will need some top soil rough grade was done needs cleaned up leveled and seeded i was thinking about 4000-4500 How does that sound to everyone

    14,000 SF:

    Rockhound or Harley rake = $1,200.00
    Seed & Penn Mulch = $1,200.00
    Haul away debris = $100 - $300 depending on quantity
    Topsoil = $25.00/CY delivered
    Topsoil = $10.00/CY to spread

    You need to figure out what price will complete a quality installation, be competitive, and still make profit!

    seed and straw or hydro seed . you have to get in and make friends sell that job and sell your self be a fast talker but with facts bring pics of laws you mow and tell them you installed it, be diffrent stand out from the rest make them remember you. what kind of machines are you going to use or do you rent equipment?
