price comparisson

    job i did today alone : 1.5 hrs of shrub trimming, cleanup, and weeding beds. 72 linear ft of bed edging. 3 yds of double ground root mulch. 2 small barrels of disposal. how much?

    shrub trimming $150 weeding and all in the 1.5 hours
    bed edging here is different than Jersey so ?
    Mulch $180 my cost on mulch $30 Labor $30 per yard
    disposal $75 Our dump is free so no cost other than gas and time.

    $405 plus edging

    $55 per hour for the trimming & weeding $1 per foot for the edging, mulch $55 per yard. I don't know about dump fees I use back area of my pasture, the town (many don't around here) I was in today doesn't charge for dumping, I've dumped old decorative rock, branches, leaves, etc. and never been charged, so for me the dump fee is pretty much a non-issue I'm not gonna complain.

    $150 trimming & cleanup $265 much + bed edging {mulch cost is $15 yrd+$40 delivery fee] =$415
