i've been looking locally for a used 36" commercial mower and found one the other day. it's another lco's and i was talking to him the other day and he told me it was for sale for $1,000. he said he used it constantly for 4 yrs and the past 2 years it has sat at his house as a backup for his ztr. he also said 2nd gear seemed loose, since he always used it in 2nd gear (didn't have a sulky). my question is what kind of price should i bargain with him over? he told me he bought it brand new for $1,900 and i think that with 4 years of hard use, the depreciation is more than $900, especially with a few minor things wrong with it. any help?
