how much an hour do you get for brush hogging? More or less than mowing?
60$ per hour 2 hour minimum and Im thinking of going a little higher
most of the time I will charge $25.00 per acre.
I agree with larryinalabama that is about right maybe a little higher JB1 how do you make ends meet?
It's called bushhogging-$45/hr. with a 4 hr. minimum. It's a lot of work to lug a 5,000 lb. tractor to a job. That's why I do a 4 hr. minimum. I had people tell me this when I first started and now I understand why.
WOW - that is really low....$65-$70 an hour - Fuel will take all your $25 per hour proffits...
except i use my Z turn with the deck up...lol
You won't use your Z turn on 4 yr. growth.
60$ per hour with a 60 hp tractor and 6 ft mower.
$95 with a 15 ft batwing, same 60 hp tractor.
