Price for shrubbery trimming?

    First off, I don't like discussing pricing but this has been bothering me.

    I have a larger commercial job where I trim approx. 275 shrubs and trees. They range in size from 30'x30" to 20' crabapples (8). I don't trim everything at once because there are azaleas, rhodos, lilacs, ect.

    Can anyone give me a ballpark figure? 10$/average shrub to 45$/ tree?

    I would give an hourly rate. You know how long it takes you to trim small trees, shrubs, etc. Count up the number of each, mult. by your time to trim - then you have your total time necessary for the job. Mult by your rate and you have your est.

    hourly is the way to go, but depending on how u are disposing of the debris, dont forget to account for the time to drag it to the trailer or into the woods
