Anyone have a price or formular for bed edging with a Trench Master or Brown Bed Edger?

What's a reasonable price per linear foot?

    Thanks..

ive searched this before, and most seem to be between $.40 and $.60 per linear ft. Ive used $.50 and my clients tell me im very competitive with my rates (unknow to them)

If all you're doing is redefining the beds, then 50 or 60 cents a foot is ok. If I am mulching the beds as well, that work is already included in the total price which is by the total number of cubic yards.

    Rod,

In that case, how much do you charge per yd installed if you edge versus if you dont edge?

I always edge when installing new mulch...have never had a customer say, "just mulch and don't worry about edging". So I guess I can't answer your question.

Mulching (including material) and edging combined starts at $65 per cubic yard. Go for the cedar which is double or more in price alone add another $20 or so per yard installed.

    Hope that made sense?
