Hey guys I have been strictly cutting till now.....I have had a few people ask for quotes on landscapes. Im going to start small but have to get prices.....I dont want to seem like an idiot but if I go into the nursey I use will they give a price list for plants and flower??? Somthing I can take home when I do estimates so i dont have to go there every time I need a price. Thanks guys

This should not be a problem.

If they don't have one, you could suggest that they make one (nicely :) ) and make sure you get their wholesale list, not the marked up one for the general public. Let them know you're moving into the landscaping and they should be happy to work with you and give you a price break.

Get a resale license, and a Ag license and most will give you a good price.

AG = Department of Agriculture or who ever controls the L&O pesticides in your state.

Re-sale= Tax certificate so you can buy wholesale.

Minor stuff, I am in one of 5 state or so that requires a LI for irrigation.
