I just recently bid on a residential job for $30, the lady said that was to much. The job would take me about 30 to 45 min including drive time.

Does anyone have any suggestions if that was to high or low.

Your expert opinion would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Andy

Seeing that $30 is my minimum, I think this price is reasonable, but then again many factors come into play. What price does your area dictate? Are you the only one mowing in town, or are there a gazillion lco's in your area????? Don't come down on your price. Seems like you have stumbled upon a tightwad. Let someone else deal with her.

$30 is my base price.....if the lawn is very small, you know the kind that your in and out in like 12 minutes then I would go down to 25.

I would not come down from $30 on a lawn that takes 45 min. If she's that cheap then let her pay the 12 year old down the road 20 bucks to come scalp her yard once every 2 weeks. :D
