    Is there a price that we should not unload for? Like if it is a twenty minute yard. Still new at this.

    Set yourself a minimum charge per lawn.

    Which means you need to know your operating costs per hour. This is where guys fail. All they see is money coming in without paying attention to what's going out.

    So important!!
    Know what it costs you to go to work. Now you can set your price. And yes you want to set a minimum price. Just remember even that may change. For instance if you pick up a property next to an existing customer etc.
