    I have just picked up my third mower from my local dealer. this time it's a Gravely 252.
    Worked through the first lawn (2nd to last of the day) ( It was delivered this afternoon) Awsome cut, power, speed so on and so on.
    Got to the next, and trimmed out with the walker, tight areas and such and the new ride wouldn't start.
    Got out the manual, went down the list and final result, faulty starter.
    Called the shop, no answer, called his house, he's on his way to the carnival with the family, but I'll be right there he says.
    It was a loose connection on the solenoid.
    And he made it to the Carnival with lots of time to spare.

    Thats what it's all about. Service when you need it!

    No problems on Day two..
    I like the Hydraulic deck lift, adjust to the conditions on the fly!

    Yep, I think it's more about the dealer than the brand.
    A great dealer can make a bad mower good but a bad dealer can't make a good mower great! IMO
