What is the best way to price a lawn after you have gotten the square footage? Do you price by the square footage or do I need to price by the yard or buy the hour?
Also, I have a opportunity to either buy or lease my equipment. What do ya'll think my best option is here?

We have never dealt with leasing equipment...so we don't have much advice there.

Ouick advice on the pricing...you can't give an accurate price off of just the square footage of an area. Obstacles...hills...terrain etc all play an important roll in figuring out a price...there are many other factors also....do a "search" on pricing and you'll have more than enough info to sift through.
