I've always done a min charge or $x per 1000, which ever is greater. So maybe a $55 min or $5 per 1000 which ever is higher when you measure.

    I see some threads where guys charge a stop fee + $x per 1000. $20 stop fee + $5 per 1000.

Which do you do and why?

Doesn't it matter most how YOU build your budget and your company, not mine? What does your accounting package or spreadsheets say?

My prices are set to make money. I can adjust my prices to fit either model.

Just wonder the reason for doing it the two different ways? Does the stop few carry over to call backs? Why not just do a square foot price with a min charge?
