New to the site, not the business.
I've got three years in the service side of the business and I took the last four years off to do some over-the-road longhaul trucking but I've decided lawn care/landscaping is where I belong. Like most small business guys I am good at the labor side of things, skilled in lawn care, but I don't have a clue how to bid properties (residential is where I am starting) to be both competitive and profitable. Any tips for someone starting their business with no debt (using my savings to pay cash for all the equipment, looking at Exmark Phazer mower, Echo blowers and trimmers, Gravely 36" walk behind, any advice on those too?)

(We were all new at one time...)
