What all is involved? Is there raking back of mulch or rock? Are you puting in mulch? How fast do you think you can plant the flats? Does the customer want the soil amended?

Here in the Central Valley(Ca) It is dependant on the quality of work. Standard is $45 per flat over 10 flats.$50 a flat under and thats a 36 plant flat.
