Can anybody give me an idea on how to price lawn mowing? I would like to price by how much trimmings and how long mowing will take but i have no idea on how much to start at.

$1 per minute is a useful tool for me.
I figure it out by that, and then step back and decide if it is too much or not enough depending on terrain, edging, etc.
usually works out good. I usually bid a bit less than $60 per hour, since i am not super efficient yet, and don't have the best equipment for the jobs (smaller mowers mainly) but bid as if I had a 48" and would be doing the job.

I just decided how much I want to make an hour. When I go to a lawn I look at it and decide how long it will take me. Based on that they get a price. $25 for 20 to 30 min.
