But I do have a question fall will be approaching n was wondering how u guys price cleaning up leaves in a residential house? Would I charge what I charge for mowing there grass or do u charge more or less?

    It's included in the contract.

Leaves are very decieving. it's gonna take WAY longer than a standard cut, so what ever you're thinking about charging, double it and you might be close.

Seasonal accounts have the lead clean up factored in but everything else is typically 1.5 to 2x the price of a mowing.
