Hi I have just started this yr and im doing pretty good . My question is i mow for three old ladies and they are going to have alot of leaves . I already bag the back yards so should i charge them extra for leaf removal. It will take longer buty i dont want to lose them as customers. I mow fertilize and do fall and spring cleanups on their lawns what should I do? They are nice ladys and have referred me to 5 other lawns!

You should charge extra for leaves, its another service that takes additional time. I charge an hourly rate in addition to the mowing fee- that is, if it takes a half hour extra for the leaves more than normal, they get charged the mowing price plus a half hour labor. Just make sure you explain it to them upfront.
