    James Cormier has a great "secret formula" for pricing applications. Perhaps he would like to share it again? :D

    K = 1,000 square feet for newbies.

    My easy secret formula is $75 first 5k and then $10 per 1K after the first 5K.
    Okay this is an exaggeration.

    I only do residential size yard for fertilizing/weed control so price would be cheaper getting over 10,000 square feet.

    You really need to have some fert./spray companies give an estimate on your lawn and a relatives/friends different size lawn to see what others are charging. Then you can set your prices. Every part of country is different.

    yes I do, but I worked really hard in figuring it out to make my business successful.

    You could try my secret formula found in this forum, but my advise is to use a product like 46-46-46 then you will do well :)
