Another pricing question. I've been driving myself crazy on this bid- 73000sqft commercial assisted living building. I know all about my costs, overhead etc. Just curious what some of you guys would charge for mowing and for fertilizing. Its pretty open normal amount of trimming. I would be using a 52" toro rider and a 48" walkbehind and 1 guy trimming. thanks

75 dollars + tax its less than 2 acres my lawn crew cuts one property that i can think off the top of my head and its 130,000sf
the 2 guys cut it in 28 mins cut, trim and blow and they dont do a rush job on this res. We do both of his office buildings also which are large and we charge $625 per cut. (also charge a little higher since its commercial)

75-90 depending on how much edging etc. fertilizing would be about 110-125 depending on product applying.
