I'm registered at another forum and PM'ing just came with signing in...i did not have to enable it. I'm a bit confused, under my control panel there is no "private messaging" box. The boxes of options are...

    Login & Privacy

Messaging & Notification (Nothing about PM'ing)

    Thread Display Options

    Date & Time Options

    Miscellaneous Options

Does a moderator need to enable this for me?

I think you need to have 25 posts as well. When you go to edit options it is in the second box down in the middle of the screen.

Mack77, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?

If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
