You have to like a company that stands by it's equipment. We have been using Proshot lasers for 4 years now, early this spring one of them got knocked over during a rain storm, the fall knocked it off calabration, so we sent if off to the local repair shop. They said that they couldn't fix it but would send it back to the factory. Unit was returned today, well it was in last week but just had time to pick it up today, factory installed a new case and recalabrated it. Charge for this was $00.00 and that includes shipping. You have to love a company like that.
