Problem Customers

    Hi
    I am just starting out this year, and is it me or do these customers act like we are not a real business and this something I do on my spare time. I get calls anytime about things that arent relevant, They expect that I drop all other business to come out and check this check that. for free.
    Advice on this please

    IF the calls aren't relevant, bill them for a service visit, and schedule an appointment.
