If it has a carb adjusting screw open it up a little to give it some gas.

    Technical service bulletin TS-269

Your dealer has it and he will fix your trimmer.

Check the spark arresstor screen. It may be carboned up (although 2 weeks would be a little soon).

To improve hot restarting issues in extreme temperatures a new insulator
block kit is available. Poor hot restarts can be caused by heat transfer
from the catalyst exhaust system to the carburetor a few minutes after unit
shutdown. The kit contains a 3 mm thicker carburetor insulator block, a
combination gasket/heat shield and stainless steel mounting screws. This
kit also comes with a new air filter element for your convenience. Installation
instructions are provided with the kit.

    Beginning serial number:
    T231, T231X.................. 4110001
    T231B, T231XB .............. 4113088
    LE231 .......................... 4114446
    M231.............................4114446
    AH231........................ .. 4113119
    P231 ...................... ..... 4111231

There is no carb adjustment and the screen isn't plugged.

    Still, I'm thinking that's what's wrong.
