This grassweed came with some Tifton 328 sod. It was probably in the germination stage and not visibly present when layed. Seedhead, leaf and stem structure appear like barnyard grass without the purple leaf edgings. It doesn't seem to respond to MSMA. Any thoughts on the exact id of this grass ?

I am very bad with pictures but it might be "Jungle Rice" a summer annual that will die this winter. If it is Jungle Rice then Pre emerge herbicides applied in the spring control it best.

Orchard grass based on seed heads. It is a common contaminate in tall fescue seed.
