Professional Help... Commercial Bid

    Tomorrow I'm going to make my first commercial bid for a small community school system. I will not ask you how price it, but I will take any help you can give about bidding on commercial accounts. Thanks!

    how many schools total or acreage?

    99% of the time it goes to the lowest bidder

    most bids ask for the world and then there awarded to the lowest bidder that never does 1/2 of what there suppose to. The company knows why the bid was low and what other bids were, so if you want the job promise the world and only do the min. amount to get by with.
