I never even got a chance to call them up about my prolocker not fitting properly with my mower. A lot of campanies would not have treated this situation like they did. They called and left a message on my wifes phone. I was surprised. All I did is posted on here about the issue and they called me this morning. I spoke with a Mark. Very nice guy. They are sending me the 200 out and then I will send the 300 back to them. Outstanding service!!!
