What is the proper way to steer a Z. If I make a right turn, should I pull back on the right lever and keep the left in neutral..or..pull back on right and push forward on the left..or does it matter. The reason I ask is because I could have swore I remember hearing there is an improper way that could hurt the mower.

Also, my steering does not seem as responsive and it veers to the right, is this something the dealer should adjust at n/c? I have had it 14 months and it only has 10 hours on it..long story, :dizzy:

Your steering it fine, and I am not sure if the dealer would adjust it N/C after 14 months, call them and talk to them, see what they say.
It can be adjusted, and your owners manual explains it, it is fairly easy.

Also check your air pressure in your tires
