We have run into a couple minor situations last season with our hardscape department, with regards to damage to property during installation. I wanted to include a clause into our contract to cover both ourselves and the customer during these type situations.

Does anyone have a sample they would be willing to share?

Please feel free to email me at rob@perficut.net

    Thanks in advnace.

    heres a copy of mine:

    DISCLAIMERS:
FRONTIER LAWN & LANDSCAPE is not & will not be held responsible for:

Frontier Lawn & Landscape is not responsible for any damage of items left on turf areas and/or malfunctioning sprinkler heads.

Frontier Lawn & Landscape is not responsible for damage to vinyl fences or mailboxes; do to them becoming brittle over time.

    Any pets that get lose.

This one is from my polies sheet:(also i have attached this one to the post)
    7) Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of service. Failure to report damages within that time frame constitutes a waiver, and releases F.L.L. from liability.
