We have run into a couple minor situations last season with our hardscape department, with regards to damage to property during installation. I wanted to include a clause into our contract to cover both ourselves and the customer during these type situations.

Does anyone have a sample they would be willing to share?

Please feel free to email me at rob@perficut.net

Thanks in advnace.

7) Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of service. Failure to report damages within that time frame constitutes a waiver, and releases F.L.L. from liability.
