Thinking of adding routine pruning to my services. Maybe 2-4 visits a year.

Looking to possibly hire someone who knows plants and how to prune. Let them concentrate on pruning and help me with mowing and other jobs.

Question is what would you need to pay someone with this type of knowledge? What could you bill his time At? Im thinking this would be a premium service.

15 for pay and 40 for billable time?

If I did I'm sorry. I will search when I get to my laptop. Was just something that came to mind while out mowing.

  4. I actually answered that post....I would learn how to do it so you can perform the service....if you are going to pay someone, I wouldn't pay more than 11-12/hr and you should bill at 60/hr or so.
