Purchased new Stihl FS 110 Friday.

    Can't seem to keep the handle tight, no matter how much I tighten it, it still slips. Has anyone else had this problem? What did you do to fix it. I hate to take it back to the dealer for that.

    Try a small piece of rubber between the shaft and handle.

    It should have a small rubber piece between eh handle and shaft. It will be thin but just enough to give some grip.

    I don't recall seeing one, but I will look again. I have tighten it so much that it is starting to make the plastic deform. Do you think they will cover it if I can't get it tighten?

    you definitley need to take it to the dealer ive done about 30 yards with mine but mine was a 90 and i havent had any thing like that

    I got my 110 last yr and it has never slipped. Take it back.

    mine has slipped from day one-another pos sthil desighn
