I am new to the business and looking to purchase some accounts and equipment from an ad in the newspaper. There are 11 residential and 2 commercial accounts in my area. I am also looking to purchase a "36 lesco. I am meeting with the owner of this business tomorrow...so sorrry, I don't have more specific info. on the accounts or equipment. How should I determine a price to purchase the accounts for? What is the price based on? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Were there contracts on those accounts? They're aren't on these.

a lot of people dont have contracts, but its a plus if they do. you can usually tell when someone's trying to jip you, just ask him to take you to every single property and introduce you to the owner or person responsible.
